XTRF™ is a complete management system for translation companies. LIDO-LANG Technical Translations is not only its creator and provider, but also the first company to use this software. XTRF™ facilitates the organisation of a translation company in three main areas: company activity management and administration, workflow and production process management and translation process management (carried out with the help of CAT Tools). Currently, three versions of the system are available on the market: XTRF™ Professional, XTRF™ Enterprise and XTRF™-TM.
XTRF™ includes the following modules: customer, provider, evaluation, project, invoicing and accounting, reporting and analysis/ISO 9001, CRM, and a configuration module that allows for the tailoring of the system to the individual needs of a particular company. The system ensures the automation of the company’s processes, efficient information collection and workflow, and clear data and project structures. XTRF™ is a Java web-based system that is installed on a client company’s central server.
Implementing XTRF™ generates visible results for a company, such as increased productivity, elimination of standard errors, smooth data flow and increased control of company activities. As a response to the translation sector’s expectations, XTRF™ fulfils the ISO 9001 and EN 15038 requirements. It, therefore, assists in the process of acquiring these same certificates.

The development of XTRF™, which was realised in 2009, was subsidised by EU funds as part of the Measure 8.1 ‘Innovative Economy’ that was granted based on the co-finance application no. UDA-POIG.08.02.00-12-033/08-00.
