An important part of quality control is the systematic analysis of the translators’ work. Following our Quality Policy, LIDO-LANG carries out regular performance checks and assessments. We look at the quality of translations, adherence to client or project manager instructions, meeting deadlines and client-company communication standards. The assessment of realised projects is the basis of the regular reviews of particular subcontractors’ assignments.
