	Chairman, Jerzy Nedoma (M.Sc., Eng.), graduate (1973) of the Department of Materials Engineering and Ceramics at the Stanisław Staszic University of Science and Technology in Krakow. Already as a student, he occasionally worked as a freelance translator and interpreter, applying in practice his command of several languages. After graduation, he combined freelancing activity with his professional career in the ceramics, glass and construction industries. The fusion of his engineering expertise and command of foreign languages came in handy both during the implementation of a unique technology of microscope glass production (0.17 mm thick) and during his work at the export and bidding departments of a number of construction companies in Krakow while working with overseas clients. He was a co-founder of LIDO-LANG in 1991, co-founder of the European Language Industry Association, and secretary of the ELIA Board for two terms. Currently, he is a member of the Audit Committee of the Polish Association of Translation Agencies. As a pastime, he perfects his command of foreign languages and eagerly analyses grammatical and lexical similarities among the various languages. He loves exploring the geography of the world, both in theory and in his travels. He enjoys swimming, Alpine skiing and mountain hiking. There is also a romantic and musical side to him: he is an avid amateur piano and accordion player.
	Managing Director, Andrzej Nedoma (M.Sc. Eng.), graduate (2003) of the engineering and economics studies at the Faculty of Management and Marketing of Stanisław Staszic University of Science and Technology in Krakow. In 2001-2002, he also studied economics at Università degli Studi di Bergamo in Bergamo, Italy. He started his work for LIDO-LANG as a translator and project coordinator. Subsequently, he took on the responsibility for the organisation of the production and proofreading department, implementation of the ISO 9001 and EN 15038 standards and further building the company’s development strategy. At present, he is a partner in the company, in the capacity of the managing director. He is responsible for the overall operations of the company, as well as for the development and implementation of international development plans. In 2006, he was awarded the title "Micro-Entrepreneur of the Year” in the "services” category in the second edition of the competition organised by Citibank Handlowy and the Leopold Kronenberg Foundation in Poland. He has a passion for work in the international environment, interaction with clients and partners across Europe and the world. He often represents the company at conferences and industry gatherings, where he is happy to deliver presentations. He speaks English, Italian and French fluently. At work, he promotes dynamism in action, ambitious goals and a good sense of humour. He enjoys playing tennis, swimming and skiing. When the weather is fine, he improves his tourist plane flying skills, and plays chess when the weather is bad. He is a fan of Italian and French cuisine, and that’s why he explores the arcana of the cooking art, good taste and good wine.
	Head of accounting, Barbara Nedoma (MSc.), graduate (1973) of the Department of Materials Engineering and Ceramics at the Stanisław Staszic University of Science and Technology in Krakow. A cofounder of Lido-Lang in 1991. Within Lido-Lang, she coordinates settlements with customers and subcontractors. She loves to travel and experience active leisure - in particular mountain hiking, skiing, and swimming. Interested in classical music for many years, and a regular visitor of the philharmonic orchestra; she is always listening to her favourite recordings at home.
	Development Assistant, Aleksandra Baster (MSc.) graduate (2001) of the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics, and Technical Sciences at the Pedagogical University in Krakow. In Lido-Lang she is responsible for the accounting, along with all of the bank operations. Additionally, she proofreads translations into and from the Russian language and handles text formatting. She has two lovely daughters: Magda and Kasia and son Krzyś. She likes to read good books and ballroom dance.
	Operation manager, Natalia Betleja-Gruca (MA), graduate (2007) of the Higher School of Management and Banking in Krakow, major: international commerce and business. Graduate (2008) of postgraduate studies at the Higher School of Management and Banking in Krakow with the title of Quality and Environmental Protection Manager.She works at Lido-Lang as an Operations Manager and ISO Management Representative. She speaks English, French, and Russian. Natalia enjoys French music, warm seas and sun-dried tomatoes. She has guinea pigs as pets. She is also the happy mum of little Hania.
	Project and production manager, Małgorzata Mulka , has completed her studies in International Relations at the Cracow University of Economics, majoring in International Trade (B.A. in 2008) and in Human Resource Management at the Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania i Bankowości w Krakowie [College of Management and Banking in Cracow] (graduate studies, 2010). She knows English and basic German. She devotes her free time to the art of decorating objects called decoupage or horse riding. She loves Pedro Almodovar’s films. She teaches us to care for the environment and so there is a ban on wastage at Lido-Lang!
	Project manager, Agata Brataniec (MA) graduate (2005) of the Jagiellonian University - French studies, major: communication and pedagogy. Graduate (2007) of postgraduate studies (Public Relations) at the University of Economics. She loves to travel and dreams of visiting Mongolia. She spends her free time sipping coffee, perusing books, and going to the mountains with her friends.
	Project Manager, Barbara Stępień, graduate (MA) of the Jagiellonian Department (2009), major: European studies, field of specialisation: economics. She speaks English, German, and Italian, and she knows the rudiments of French and Spanish. Barbara is active in her spare time, playing many types of sports.
	Project Manager, Marta Bizub - (MA) graduate (2006) of the Jagiellonian University – German studies. Krakow tour guide. Languages: German and English; she is currently learning Portuguese. She loves chocolate, salsa, gospel music, and long walks through the streets of Krakow.
	Project Manager, Jadwiga Milewska (M.A.), a graduate (2007) of the Pedagogical University of Cracow, majored in Roman Philology. She comes from Cracow and is the city aficionado. She is very fond of sport (volleyball, rollerblading, cycling, skiing) and spending free time in the mountains. Planting and caring for flowers acts as a destressant on her. She loves sweets, Cracovia cream cakes in particular. She has 3 brothers.
	Project Manager, Jaonna Warywoda, a graduate of the Jagiellonian University. She completed her undergraduate studies in English Philology (B.A. in 2002) and did her M.A. in Cultural Studies, specialization: American Studies (2005). She speaks English and Spanish, is planning to learn Russian. She visits Spain every year, loves spending her time at the seaside, is keen on horse riding and classical music. She relaxes doing yoga.
	Project Manager, Bożena Krawczyk (M.A.), a graduate (2005) of the Jagiellonian University, Russian Philology, specialization: Translatology with teaching qualifications. She did her undergraduate studies in Human Resource Management (2007) at the Cracow University of Economics. She has command of the English, Russian, Ukrainian and Italian languages, planning to take up Spanish and French. She likes sailing, skiing, mountaineering, Italian culture, Argentine tango and Polish Radio Program 3.
	Project Manager, Kaja Karweta (M.Sc.), a graduate (2009) from the Cracow University of Technology. At present, a student of International Relations – majoring in International Project Management – at Tischner European University. She has a soft spot for the city of Berlin, beautiful landscapes, piano concerts, and crime fiction; she has been fond of learning foreign languages for years.
	Project Manager, Agnieszka Apanasowicz-Potocka (MA), a graduate (2005) from Polonia University in Częstochowa, English and Romance Philology, a graduate in postgraduate studies – Foreign Trade – at the Cracow University of Economics. She loves musicals, Czech films, and Japanese and French cultures. Keen on sweets of all kinds and good cuisine. In her free time, she likes meeting friends and reading books.
	Quality Assurance Manager, Anna Trzupek (MA) graduate (2007) of the Jagiellonian University, Philology Department, major: German studies; graduate (2008) of the Postgraduate Course in Specialist Translation at the UNESCO Chair. She enjoys theatre and German films. She spends her free time in the mountains, where she tries her hand at photographing.
	Proofreader/editor, Kamila Kozłowska (MA), graduate (2010) of the Jagiellonian University, major: Swedish studies. She primarily proofreads translations from the Swedish language, while also supporting the team of proofreaders from German and English; she still aims at broadening her linguistic skills. Kamila would also like to try the profession of an infobroker. At home, she “meets” her virtual friends and reads, especially whodunits by Joanna Chmielewska. In winter, in order to relieve stress, Kamila crochets – she specialises in the manufacture of colourful caps and scarves. In spite of being a home bird, she likes long walks and loves watching films in the cinema and, in order to add variety to the dull monotony of everyday life, she often changes her hairstyles and puts on rainbow-coloured clothes. She loves to eat.
	Proofreader/editor, Piotr Dąbrowski (MA), a graduate (2003) from the Jagiellonian University, major: Romance Philology. He deals with English and French text verification. In addition, he is an intermediate speaker of Portuguese. He is married to Gosia and has two daughters: Estera and Irmina. He likes good crime fiction and good music – mainly heavy metal.
	Proofreader/editor, Mirosława Anna Głuszek (M.A.), a graduate (2009) of the Jagiellonian University – Russian Studies, as well as (2010) of the Pedagogical University of Cracow – Russian Philology. She is fascinated with the East, especially the former USSR. Along with her husband, she runs a Romani-Polish Scout troop. Mountain outings and meeting friends are her favourite pastime.
	Proofreader/editor, Michał Tęcza (M.A.), graduated (2006) from the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, majoring in German Philology. He also studied Geography in Kielce for a year, and for two and a half years – Applied Linguistics at the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz (FASK Germersheim). A lover of the Polish movie classics (knows Miś, Rejs and Hydrozagadka by heart) and modern German cinema. A fan of Xavier Naidoo’s. His free time he spends playing pool and snooker. He is an advocate of the English sense of humour, a devoted Monty Pythonist.
	Proofreader/editor, Piotr Tomsia (M.A.), completed his studies in Applied Linguistics at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. He deals mainly with verification of texts from English and French but intends to learn Italian, too. So far, he has done mostly subtitle translation and interpreting. He spends his free time listening to music, watching countless films and, whenever possible, snowboarding. An enthusiast of English-speaking countries and France. He is interested in sci-fi literature/cinema, politics, art, films.
	Proofreader/editor, Agata Rygielska (MA), a graduate from the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń (Italian Philology, bachelor degree studies, 2008) as well as MA studies in Linguistics at the UNESCO Chair for Translation Studies and Intercultural Communication at the Faculty of Philology of the Jagiellonian University (2010). She speaks Italian and English and is studying French and Czech. In her free time, she occupies herself with art jewellery, reads fiction of various kinds, plays board games, and travels around Europe.
	Proofreader/editor, Karolina Kondrak (MA), in 2010 she completed her studies in Applied Linguistics at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin (she speaks English, Russian, and basic Spanish). She is planning to develop her skills in audiovisual and literary translation. Despite her short stature, she is not bad at basketball. Apart from this, she likes running and cycling. She loves sunny weather, good music, and literature (W. Kuczok’s prose and J. Tuwim’s poetry appeal to her). She dreams of travelling around the world (particularly to Peru and Australia).
	Proofreader/editor, Tomasz Kowalczyk (M.A.), graduate of English and German Philology at the Polonia University in Częstochowa (2010). He also studied Japanese for two years. Foreign language learning and its practical application in everyday life is one of his many passions. He is a lover of unusual tales that are rich in unexpected plot twists. He is interested in history and the culture of the Far East. He spends his free time walking with his faithful dog and capturing the world around him with a camera. He loves good wine and Scotch.
	Quotes and Production Specialist, Tomasz Marek (MA) graduate (2009) of the Christian Theological Academy in Warsaw - Evangelical Theology. Musician by vocation (and by education): he graduated (2008) from 2^nd degree J. Elsner National Music School in Warsaw in the viola class. He likes riding his bike. In fact, he adores all forms of travelling and intends to eventually settle in some Asian country.
	Technical Department Assistant, Monika Godula, a graduate in Japanese Studies from the University of Warsaw, continues her studies in Japanese Philology at the Jagiellonian University. She likes spending her free time with friends. Hobby – airsoft and swimming. Her greatest dream is to buy a car that will accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 3 seconds.
	Technical Department Assistant, Arkadiusz Zawitkowski (M.Sc. Eng.), graduate (2011) of Environmental Engineering at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow. He is full of positive energy, and firmly rooted on the ground. He comes from the Podkarpacie region and is, therefore, keen on mountains and hiking. When life gives him a hard time, he indulges in the culinary arts. He also likes to dance, and recently has been testing himself by learning salsa.
	Vendor Manager, Karolina Kwiatkowska, a graduate in Organisational Psychology from the Jagiellonian University, postgraduate studies in Applied Human Resources Management at the Business Supreme Collage in Sydney and the Metrum Coaching School in Katowice. She has a crazy Golden Retriever named Czung. In her free time, she paints, sews, makes felt earrings, and is busy doing other artistic activities. And with Lido – she recruits, recruits, and recruits…
	HR Manager, Elżbieta Wojtaszko (MSc.) graduate (2002) of the Department of Management and Marketing at the Stanisław Staszic University of Science and Technology in Krakow, major: marketing. With the Lido-Lang team since 2004. Responsible for communication with translators and all types of marketing activities. If you would like to work with Lido-Lang, you'll meet her for sure. An uncontrollable chatterbox with a great sense of humour. She enjoys active leisure.
	Managing Board Assistant, Justyna Woźny, graduate (MA) of the Jagiellonian University, major: Middle East Cultural Studies. She speaks English and knows the rudiments of Hebrew. Justyna adores travelling, especially in good company. In her spare time, she meets her friends and practises playing the piano. She cannot imagine a day without a cup of good (preferably Italian) coffee.
	Marketing Manager, Wioleta Szybowska (M.A.), graduated (2009) from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow specializing in Management and Marketing. She also studied Marketing and Communication in Rotterdam for six months. Depending on what mood she is in and the weather outside, she spends her free time meeting friends or reading a good book, a mug of coffee in her hand, enjoying her right to privacy. She likes travelling and her two miniature dogs.
	Key Account Manager, Dominika Podlejska, a graduate (2010) in Political Science from Free University of Berlin. She speaks German, English, and basic Russian. Her hobby is discovering and savouring. She loves travelling, near and far. In summer, she rides a bike and sails and, in winter, she does yoga, drinks cocoa, and skis whenever she can.
	Key Account Manager, Wojciech Kaliński, a graduate (2002) from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. He started his career with artist agencies in Cracow, and then he was involved with a web portal for several years. An enthusiast for technology, the Internet, and basketball. At Lido, he is responsible for co-operation with the company’s Polish customers. A stay-at-home by nature, lover of good food and wine. Since his Taiwan visit, he has been particularly fascinated with Asian culture – now he is dreaming of an expedition to China the most.
	Key Account Manager, Izabela Barcikowska-Poździk, graduate (MA) of the Jagiellonian University (2007), major: German studies, and of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw (2010) – postgraduate studies of contemporary edition. Literature, film, and painting are her passions. In her spare time, she listens to music, meets her friends, and plumbs the mysteries of painting and drawing.
	Key Account Manager, Maciej Jagannathan, a graduate (1999) from the Teacher Training College of Foreign Languages. A holder of the EFB II LCCI (English for Business – Second Level) and CPE (Certificate of Proficiency in English) certificates. Since 2000, he has been teaching English at private and public institutions. Apart from English, he is also fluent in French.
	Key Account Manager, Ewa Panek (M.A.), graduate (2007) of the Jagiellonian University, major: Romance Philology, specialising in communications and linguistics. Graduate (2008) of the French Paris-Est Val De Marne University (2008), specialising in the literature and discourse. In 2010, she graduated from the School of French Law at the Jagiellonian University. She speaks French, English, and Spanish. Since her childhood, she has loved dancing: ballet, contemporary dance, theatre of dance, and constantly uncovers the secrets of ballroom dancing. She likes good movies and books, and recently even the culinary ones and in her kitchen specialties from various parts of the world can be found increasingly often.
