LIDO-LANG Technical Translations continuously undertake various activities and initiatives that aim to improve work processes, support company-customer communication and the delivery of translation services. The ability of our company to meet or exceed the highest international standards was confirmed in the award of the two quality certificates that are available in the translation sector.

In May 2005, the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (Polska Agencja Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości - PARP) organised the Phare 2002 ‘Introduction to Quality’ programme (co-financed by the EU and the Polish government). As part of this programme, LIDO-LANG was awarded the ISO 9001:2000 ‘Quality Management’ certificate. Since then, our company has been closely monitored by means of external audits that are carried out by the British Standard Institution Polska. Further controls have maintained the consistently high quality of services provided by LIDO-LANG, in turn enabling us to meet the requirements as described by the hereinabove standards. On 23 April 2007, our company was awarded the ISO 9001:2008 certificate as further confirmation of our service quality. LIDO-LANG Technical Translations was the second Polish company to be awarded the latest European Standard PN-EN 15038:2006 ‘Translation Services’ as granted by Bureau Veritas Certification Polska. This standard is confirmed during annual audits.
