On 4 September 2010, LIDO-LANG Technical Translations underwent another certification audit of the ISO 9001:2008 standard. As usual, the audit was successfully completed.

The audit comprised the areas of top management and system improvement.

The meeting took place in the LIDO-LANG registered office and it was attended by the representative of the certifying company BSI – Barbara Owsianka, LIDO-LANG Chairman Jerzy Nedoma, and Operations Manager/ISO Management Representative – Natalia Betleja-Gruca. Andrzej Nedoma, LIDO-LANG Managing Director, also paid a short visit, arriving straight from the fairs in London.

The final audit conclusions are as follows:

• Thanks to the engagement of the top management, the quality management system is appropriately maintained and developed.
• ISO documentation was updated last year to the new version of the 9001:2008 Standard.
• Customer satisfaction assessments are being constantly performed by the Sales Representatives and Project Managers.
• The planned internal audits have been performed.
• Customers are satisfied with the services offered by the company, which is proved by the numerous letters of reference.

The audit was completed by a discussion of the company’s aims for the present year.
