TILP certificate for the Lido-Lang employee
A few days ago, Agata Brataniec, Lido-Lang representative, was awarded a Certified Localisation Professional in the area of Engineering, Management and Linguistics.
This certification confirms her skills and background necessary to run software localisation projects.The certificate was awarded after completing the training and passing the exams organised by The Institute of Localisation Professionals from Ireland (TILP) and SDL, a global company dealing with information management.
The main aim of the course was to perfect practices and skills in the field of localisation. It was conducted in the traditional way, as well as online.
The training took place in Warsaw, Poland, in mid-August 2009. The organisers are already planning further courses at more advanced levels.
